Set in Pacific City, a fictional southern California town nationally recognized for its safety. Their budding relationship is derailed when she is slain by one of the racist cops leading him to exact revenge outside of the justice system in a manner reminiscent of how he gained Marine Corps fame as "The Ghost."

Excellent Read!

I bought this book because you always want to support former classmates and to my pleasant surprise this book is outstanding. It was very well-written and it held my interest from beginning to end. I have read almost everything that McBain, Sanford, and Parker have written and this book can be compared to their work. I would be very interested in reading a sequel.

Riveting in all aspects

Awesome plot, well written, riveting, arousing, etc., etc. Frank did an amazing job on this book. The plot, characters, descriptive writing made me feel like I was there. Each chapter is a cliff hanger in itself. It would be a great movie for sure. Can't wait for the sequel! Please keep more coming Frank~
